I was driving around this week and my check engine light went out! It came back on briefly but then it has stayed off since! How cool is that?

You better get it checked out. What if it is warning you of a potential explosion or something?
count your many blessings name them one by one...
I've had tranny issues that have come and gone. I'm starting to watch the weather and see if that has any bearing. It's much cheaper than a new tranny. maybe I should change my filter...nah
