The girls have been sick for the past few days so I took most of the day off today. Kristy left to go shopping and visited some friends. I feel like a lousy Mom. I guess that doesn't make me much of a father either. I'm still not sure about this blog. Earlier today I was "under investigation" apparently it thought I was a spam site or something. Also there is just entirely too many pictures getting posted, maybe I need to have my own site if this kind of shenanigans keeps up. Plus it looks like it's going to be pretty involved to get a page to aggregate all the comments like I had on my old site, if it's even possible to do across multiple sites.

I like the way you had your sites set up better, too. But maybe we just need to give it a chance and maybe it'll grow on you. I thought it was nice to see some more pics of your family!
Sorry your girls are sick. Three of mine got some nasty flu bug or something for a few days. I kinda like it when they're lethargic, it gives me some time to try to catch up. You may be a lousy mom, but I don't know very many dads who would take a day off from work to watch sick babies while their wife went shopping. I'm sure there's more to the story, though, right? Or does Kristy really live such a life of leisure? Anyway, give blogger some time, you'll get used to all the pics, really.
Yes, I'm a lucky lady. Matt's a sweetheart. I was all stressed out and tired and needed terribly to go grocery shopping, get birthday and Easter stuff, and run other errands, but didn't have the heart to drag my sick little girls out. Especially Amber. She just wanted to lay around in her jammies. Plus, I couldn't imagine trying to deal with the possibility of her coughing and puking in a store. It never occurred to me to have Matt stay home. He volunteered himself! It was a huge relief. Plus, I had to return some library books that wouldn't renew. "Visiting with friends" was meeting Traci at the library to get my portable DVD player and laminator back... Matt's my hero. He watched the girls while I was visiting teaching that evening, too!
