Today Kristy called me up at work, complaining that the dryer didn't work. She said she flipped the breaker switch back and forth and that didn't fix it. I asked her if the light came on, it did. I asked her if she pushed all the buttons, she did. I came home and moved the dial to one of the drying settings and pushed the button and it started right up. She came running in and asked what I did and I told her I just pushed the button. "Which button?" she asked. I pointed to the one labeled, "Push to start".

It reminds me of the time I came home and she was cowering and scared in a corner of our small apartment. She had accidentally pulled the phone out of the jack and thought that it had been disconnected by a stalker outside. Kristy's are so cute!
If the stalker was outside, how did get get inside to disconnect the phone cord?
Don't worry, Kristy. Last week it took me about 5 minutes to figure out why I couldn't get my car started OR pull the key out of the ignition. Turns out I didn't have it in park. Ooooops:)
So, Matt, would you please update the link you have for William's blog to http://web.mac.com/williamcassidy/ ? The link you have is to an older version of the site and is no longer in use. There is a new post on this new site so you'll know you got the right one. Thanks, you're great!
We all do goofy stuff sometimes, Kristy, it's cool. I could tell you a few stories about Matt...
Matt, you could take some time to teach Kristy how to trouble shoot your large appliances. Becca, to date has fixed the refrigerator, the washing machine 2-4 times, the dryer twice. She uses a site online to help her trouble shoot. She puts in the make and model number and what it is doing. It gives her part numbers and a base line cost. It has saved us a lot of money.
