Credit Card Bill

I think it's wonderful that Obama signed the Credit-Card Consumers’ ‘Bill of Rights’. It's about time we had some financial laws protecting consumers like this. I think some of these Banks should be ashamed at some of the practices they have been using to take advantage of their customers. I understand that some of the arguments that are made in court may not reflect how people truly feel (so I don't blame banks for saying that they can't be profitable without taking advantage of their customers), but their actions don't get them any sympathy from me. I think the economy would do much better if all money earned is done through hard work instead of manipulation.

Amen, brother. Better yet, let's just skip the credit cards. If people quit patronizing banks that took advantage of them, the banks would learn the hard way, eh.

I agree Matt. Credit Card issuers are thieves. They have so many underhanded tricks. Although, its hard to let the consumers off the hook for thier bad choices. I think this bill has been needed for a long time!
