Uh, how is this a scam or a triangle scheme? It's just the order in which they are processing the checks. It may be direct-deposit, but they still have to process millions of rebates. Be patient little bro.
You mean I'm being scammed by my own government for money I am getting from the government who really shouldn't be passing out money in the first place? *GASP*
